Fortunately, aromatherapy has provided us with essential oils that can help us deal with it more efficiently. There are oils that you can use in the morning to revive and invigorate your body and mind, others to help you keep going during the day and there are those oils that you can use to calm and relax in the evening so that you can be ready to face the next day. These oils can be used as single oils or blend of 2-3 essential oils.
